List of Low-Carb Foods for a Naturally Low-Carb Diet

7. Because they are simple to clean, cut, and consume, cucumbers are excellent natural low-carb foods. A medium-sized cucumber's third only contains roughly 3 grams of carbohydrates.

8. Bean sprouts go well in salads and Chinese cuisine. You can undoubtedly have a whole cup of bean sprouts with only 6 grams of carbohydrates, even on a low-carb diet.


9. Due to its high fiber content, vitamin content, and benefits for preventing bad breath, celery is one food that you can never eat too much of. Celery is another naturally low-carb meal; two medium stalks contain just 3 grams of carbs.
